Your brain needs Omega-3s to function at its full potential. In order to keep our bodies healthy, we must be educated on what they need!

One of our most prized certifications is with GOED, who is on the forefront of research and innovation with Omega-3s EPA and DHA. They recently put together a short video describing our brains’ relationship with DHA, and how eating fatty fish and supplementing with fish oil may help with cognitive function and brain development.
